Our Technology
At ForesightCares, our fall risk assessments follow CDC guidelines and are simple, safe, and effective. These three short video animations show how we perform the core evaluations—measuring mobility, balance, and strength—using our AI-powered technology to help older adults stay independent and well.

Chair Stand Test -This assessment measures lower body strength and endurance by counting how many times a person can rise from a chair in 30 seconds.​
​
Timed Up & Go (TUG) Test – This assessment evaluates mobility, speed, and balance by timing how quickly a person can rise from a chair, walk a short distance, turn, and return to the chair.
4-Stage Balance Test – This assessment measures static balance by having a person stand in four progressively challenging positions to identify balance limitations.​
