Inspired by personal experiences, co-founders Mona Azarbayjani and Hamed Tabkhi set out to rethink how people understand and track their everyday mobility. After encountering tools that were costly, complex, and impractical for regular use, they founded ForesightCares to make mobility insights simple, accessible, and empowering for everyone.

They assembled a diverse team of experts in AI, human-centered design, and wellness technology to create AVA, an easy-to-use, at-home mobility insight tool embraced by independent living communities and aging-well professionals. Building on this mission, they introduced AVA-PD, designed to support individuals living with Parkinson’s by helping them better understand day-to-day mobility fluctuations.
