Inspired by personal experiences, co-founders Mona Azarbayjani and Hamed Tabkhi set out to revolutionize mobility assessments. Frustrated by costly, complex, and impractical solutions, they founded ForesightCares to make fall risk evaluation accessible and user-friendly.

 

They built a diverse team of experts in AI, human-centered design, and healthcare to develop AVA, an at-home Fall Risk Assessment tool recognized by geriatric specialists and independent living communities. Expanding their mission, they introduced AVA-PD, tailored for Parkinson’s patients, reinforcing their commitment to inclusive, effective, and affordable mobility solutions for all.
